With nearly three decades of public accounting and fiduciary trust practice, Patrick manages many tax clients ranging from high wealth individuals, trusts and estates, partnerships, and corporations. His extensive knowledge includes tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates; tax and consulting services for small and mid-sized businesses; mergers and acquisitions; business succession planning; and federal and state compliance.
He is a licensed CPA in Connecticut and New York.
Patrick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Connecticut State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Patrick is a Danbury Youth Services Board of Directors member.

Scott represents clients in federal and state tax examinations.
Scott is often a featured speaker to various groups on tax and general business topics.

Katie takes a hands-on approach, working closely with the partner group to set firm-wide policies that meet today’s needs without losing sight of the future.
Beyond her role as COO, Katie also leads Reynolds + Rowella’s Human Resources consulting services, where her expertise in practical, results-oriented HR strategies makes a real impact. Her insights on recruitment, retention, and team effectiveness have consistently helped clients navigate complex people issues. Having served previously as the firm’s Human Resources Director, Katie has built a reputation for solutions that work, whether she’s advising internal teams or helping clients attract and keep top talent.
Katie’s depth in areas like policy development, compensation planning, and compliance means she’s not only an asset to the firm but also a trusted resource for clients needing tailored, hands-on support. Dan joined R+R in 2009 from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). Dan was a senior manager at PwC and had more than 25 years of experience providing audit and business advisory services to both private and public companies in a wide variety of industries, including nonprofit entities, wholesale distribution, financial services, utilities, and retail, manufacturing, service, and transportation.
Dan is a member of the New Canaan Community Foundation Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chairman, a member of the Home Building and Remodeling Association of Fairfield County (HBRA), and a member of the Marine Veterans of Fairfield County, Inc., and the treasurer for the Building Hope Foundation.
Dan is a licensed CPA in the states of New York and Connecticut. Dan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He served four years of active duty in the United States Marine Corps.

Ben is a featured speaker at various local and national business groups regarding income tax developments and tax planning.
Ben is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the CT Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a Finance Board Member of the Housatonic Community College Foundation and a Member and Presenter of the Masuk High School Career Advisory Committee.
